School Photo Retake Day

November 21 is photo retake day for all students who missed their school photos this week. 

Meet the Teachers Open House

Please join us for a drop in style open house on Thursday September 14th. The doors will be open for a drop in visit of your child’s classroom and the common areas of the school between 4:30 and 5:45pm. We will be asking everyone to finish their visit by 6:00pm so that our teachers can get home to their families in time for dinner. 

Parking Lot

The parking lot is for CBE employees ONLY. Please do not park in the parking lot while waiting to pick up or drop off your child. We have a full staff and all of the spots are reserved. 

Scooters, Skateboards and Bikes

We have a bike rack for students to lock up their bikes. The school is not responsible for bikes that go missing from the bike rack. We cannot allow skateboards and scooters inside the school. We do not have space to store them safely. If they cannot be locked up on the bike rack, please keep them at home.

Lunch

If your child is staying at school between 12:00 and 12:50, you need to register them for the noon supervision program. You will do this through your child’s MyCBE account. If you have any questions about how to do this, please contact the office. If your child is going home for lunch, make sure their teacher is aware. They are not allowed back to the school until 12:50pm and must enter through the front door. They cannot come back early and play on the playground.

End of Day Pick Up

Please be on time to pick up your child at the end of the school day. School is dismissed at 3:25pm Monday-Thursday and at 11:45am on Fridays. Children get anxious when their parents are late as they are excited to get home and tell you about their day. If you are going to be late, it is important that you contact the school office as soon as possible so that we are aware.
